With outside nations we can still have strong economies with trade embargo on some states, declare war against people that live 5 kms away and generally exist in a more diverse world. However I feel it is imperative that we make sure that people do not claim territory outside of the NCSA for themselves.

However I think we should hold a little competition (of sorts) to find out what's out there. People should leave ideas for countries below us, give a rough estimation of militant strength, economy, etc., a name, and geographical location. Then once we have a few of those we should vote on which ones we like the best.
