Area I'd like to claim: As much of Kentucky and Tennessee as possible. I'd like AT LEAST the following counties: Fayette, KY; Pulaski, KY and Knox, TN.

I'd also like to request the help of the congress in fitting out the rest of the square mileage, as I'm not too good with maths.
