Greetings Mr. President,
Please feel free to forward any correspondence pertaining to our admission into the Sozialistischen Pakt to other members. We would like to project our sincerest interest and honesty in our petitions to as great an extent as possible. Solidarity and transparency are key in forming lasting diplomatic ties. I openly invite any commentary from other pact members and will happily address any concerns they may have about our nation's admission, I would however, request that all such communications be addressed either to myself directly or my office and we shall ensure they are appropriately relayed to the continuing committee and the municipal congresses.
On a related note, I spoke with the committee regarding the deluge of communications which certain board members sent recently. We have agreed that I, or my appointed representatives, shall be the appropriate channel for all communications pertaining to Sozialistischen Pakt for the purposes of our current discussion, as well as in future meetings. You do have my apologies for the nuisance, I shall be making every effort to streamline international communications from this point forward. On a more personal note, I must admit I am rather pleased to see the committee members so excited about this future proposition, I look forward to your next correspondence.
Your humble servant,
Mariabella Wilhelmina Winfield
President
Lochachre District United Labor Front
